1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and international shipping with reliable couriers. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.) – 5-10 business days
  • Express Domestic Shipping (U.S.) – 2-5 business days
  • Standard International Shipping – 7-15 business days
  • Express International Shipping – 4-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs delays, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (domestic U.S. only).
  • International shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking page.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their local customs authorities.
  • BERIVIRAL is not responsible for customs clearance delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
  • If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier or file a report with your local authorities.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at contact@beriviral.xyz.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will:
    • Reship the package at the customer’s expense.
    • Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).
