1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- The item must be free from damage, scratches, or alterations caused by the customer.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund details:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the same return request process.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (for domestic orders).
- International customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings (unless defective upon arrival)

- Final sale or clearance items
